I'd like to get to a point where we have 10 "big rules" we will always fall back on when making decisions. Will Wright had them, Pixar has them, etc. I think they will help us make decisions as we move forward. My first very rough attempt:
1. Good is good enough. Unless we veto and really go for perfection on this one thing.
2. Is it fun?
